915 Haywood Road

2019-02-08T15:53:06+00:00

Mixed use development on Haywood Road in West Asheville. Several businesses on the ground floor, residential above.  One of the many things I like about West Asheville is how walkable the area is for restaurants and shops.  The commitment to mixed use project helps keep the area convenient, looks like they may be building additional commercial space on the other end of Haywood in East-West [...]

Showing land in Fairview, NC I ran across this outhouse in the middle of a large parcel of land.  One of the reasons I love my work in real estate is the ability to go out and see a lot of properties and the beautiful views in WNC.  This just made me laugh and reminded me of an expression about an outhouse being an old [...]

Simple shot of the "Stepping Out" station, #3 on the Asheville Urban Trail.  This bronze installation represents the Grand Opera House that once stood on Patton Avenue.  As with many of the bronze sculptures on the trail, it was created by students at UNCA under the leadership of Dan Millspaugh.
