The beach on the Hominy Creek Greenway in West Asheville. Went back a couple days after I shot this and a large tree had washed up next to the bank. Close path to the house and an easy walk for the neighborhood.
Simple black and white infrared images from the Hominy Creek Greenway in West Asheville. Nice day to take a walk and this is the closest path to my house.
The Brew Pump in black and white. The infrared image creates a lot of contrast with the trees behind the gas station. Will share more information on the community blog in the future.
Wanted to try something a little more creative than just capturing the mural on its own. Greetings from West Asheville was created by Gus Cutty, check out his work here www.guscutty.com.
Another mixed use zoning project on Haywood Road in West Asheville. I've photographed this building before but the late afternoon sun hit the metallic accent for a bit of added interest.
Always liked this building at 795 Haywood Road. Wright Creative uses it as work space, looks like the company works on fun projects. https://wrightcreativeinc.com
Simple street shot on Haywood Road in West Asheville. Rare to catch wide angles without cars, will be nice for the businesses to be open again accepting customers. The Hop, Roanline, Black Cloud & Instant Karma pictured.
Haywood Road in West Asheville. The majority of the time these spaces are filled and the roads are full. During the lockdown there is a peaceful feeling walking around but I'm ready for that familiar busy energy to return.
