1932 Model A Ford Truck is an iconic image in front of Pack’s Tavern. The vehicle is a celebration of the end to prohibition, hence the year the Democrats promised to repeal the law if elected. The restaurant is right next to the City Building and County Courthouse and was rumored to be a center for moonshine distribution during the 1920’s, located at 20 S. Spruce Street in Asheville.
