Stop #5 on the Asheville Urban Trail calls attention to an immortal image within the frieze work on the Drhumor Building. Located on the corner of Patton & Church Street, Frederick Miles carved a likeness of Cyrus Deake, a local florist who watched the work in progress. Miles worked on the friezes at the Biltmore House before bringing his talents to this project. The Drhumor Building was completed in 1895 and is the oldest commercial building in Asheville.
