Gan Shan West is at 285 Haywood Road next to Pizza Mind, Owl Bakery & Archetype Brewing.  One of my favorite Ramen restaurants and one of the many great places to eat in West Asheville.  Smaller dining space inside, additional seating in the outdoor courtyard.  Don’t miss the chance to try the delicious noodles!
