Laughter Mountain Road on Little Pisgah. There are very few traffic jams on this private drive. The image caught my attention with the contrast between the foreground and sky.
This image is new in 2020 but it reminds me how often I reshoot the same subjects. As I catalogue more images of Little Pisgah there will be several variations but this is my favorite road.

Little Pisgah Mountain is a place I go as often as I can. Feels like a different world after a 4 mile private dirt road leads you to the top. Adjacent to the more populous Bearwallow Mountain in the Fairview/Gerton area, I categorize it as both Hendersonville & Asheville because the County Lines and Eastern Continental Divide run the mountain ridge.
