Massive clouds rolling into Little Pisgah.  Wish I had more direct light in the foreground but the shadow helps break up the composition into thirds.

I like the detail in the shadow on this image from Little Pisgah.  Ferns, Rhododendrons, Pines, and Azaleas in the foreground before looking out to the mountains.

Familiar composition towards the Hickory Nut Gorge from Little Pisgah.  May, 2021 but shot closer to the end of the month than the post date.
