The Arras Residences, formerly the BB&T Building under construction. The building should be completed soon and the majority of spaces are under contract. Before working in real estate I had several days filming legal depositions from the offices at 7 Patton Avenue. The views from the building are great and provide a unique perspective of Asheville.
