Flying Cloud Farm in Fairview, NC is a great example about what’s right in the world. Just wanted to share a couple quick photos of this interesting business. I’ve always admired this self-serve roadside produce stand and have had opportunities to pick up produce on the way home from Fairview or Lake Lure. They also offer Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) produce shares and flowers. Located at 1860 Charlotte Highway in Fairview, next time you’re in the area stop by and enjoy whatever the season has brought. Organic, healthy and locally grown.
