Gan Shan West is at 285 Haywood Road next to Pizza Mind, Owl Bakery & Archetype Brewing. One of my favorite Ramen restaurants and one of the many great places to eat in West Asheville. Smaller dining space inside, additional seating in the outdoor courtyard. Don't miss the chance to try the delicious noodles!
Fractals Coffee Shop in West Asheville is located at 547 Haywood Road. Hadn't been in before today but needed another cup of coffee after touring a few homes in the area. Surprised how large the space was and the outdoor patio has plenty of fun games. Will definitely be back in the future.
Foothills Butcher Bar in West Asheville was a bit of a surprise. Part butcher shop, part casual dining in a little spot next to the Ingles on Haywood Road. Good food and laid back atmosphere.
