Carriage Park is a gated community in Hendersonville, NC. Just had a closing in the subdivision not long ago. Cataloging images for one of my real estate websites. Happy to help clients sell this property a few days ago. It was on the market a little longer than expected but Carriage Park wasn't as active in the winter. As soon as the weather warmed up and spring started the property went under contract and was smooth sailing from there.
The "Dunroy" was originally built in 1862 and settled by David Rogerson Williams II. The name comes from Gaelic traditions, castle of kings. ("Dun" meaning castle, "Roy" meaning Kings). In 2000, the subdivision Dunroy on Rutledge began building homes on the 115 acre estate preserving the historical components for the future residents.
I previously sold this home for family friends. The new owners completed a renovation along with Sundance Interiors. Just snapped a few cell phone images of the updated home as I was showing it.
