Although this blog would make it appear that I'm never home, it's not a real representation of everyday life. Working here in WNC, first new listing of 2020. MLS Description: Nestled on a small knoll in Etowah, this private, peaceful home is exactly what you’ve been looking for! Meticulously maintained with great bones, a few minor updates can transform the home for your personal preferences. [...]
1612 Kensington Road in Hendersonville, NC. Just listed as part of my regular work in real estate. The Alexander Levett House is located within the Druid Hills Historic District close to downtown. I'll share color images once it closes, just captured this black and white for fun.
411 N Main St. in Hendersonville. Limestone details on the mixed use building. The idea of having a downtown, work/live option has always been very appealing. Wondering what will open downstairs next?
As much as I love traveling it's nice to walk around your home town. Simple shot of Main Street in Hendersonville.
A couple shots from City Hall in Hendersonville. Many of historic buildings here were designed by Stillwell and this is no exception. Completed in 1928 and located at 145 5th Ave East.
Carriage Park is a gated community in Hendersonville, NC. Just had a closing in the subdivision not long ago. Cataloging images for one of my real estate websites. Missing a few shots of the indoor pool and tennis courts but will either add them here later or at them to the dedicated real estate site.
344 N Main Street in Hendersonville was constructed around 1920. Since then it has hosted the Florida Fruit Market, J.C. Pennys and other stores throughout it's history. Currently occupied by Jane Asher's Antiques, you can find additional information here: janeasherantiques.com
501 N Main Street in Hendersonville, NC. Mehri & Company of New York has occupied this building for quite some time selling antiques, jewelry and more. Mehri is wonderful, make sure to stop in on your next trip downtown. As for the shot, will probably need to shoot it again with better lighting but the black and white image came out okay. [...]
